Underage Gambling: Registering an Account while below the age of 21 is a serious breach of these Terms. Any Account found to be held by an underage individual will be immediately closed, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the isaclive platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, or otherwise — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for the immediate closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
During registration you will be required to provide accurate and complete information including, but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile telephone number, and email address. You must ensure this information is kept current at all times. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility. You should notify isaclive immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
isaclive operates a strict KYC policy in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) best practices. Members may be required to submit copies of a valid government-issued identity document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad or passport), proof of residential address dated within 3 months, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
All monetary transactions on the isaclive platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. isaclive does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances. isaclive reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time without prior notice. Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmation of receipt by our payment processing systems. isaclive does not charge internal processing fees for deposits, though your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.
isaclive will never request payment to any personal account, cryptocurrency wallet, or unofficial channel. All deposits must be made through the official payment interface on the platform only.
Members may submit withdrawal requests at any time provided their Account is in good standing, KYC verification has been completed, and there are no outstanding wagering requirements applicable to the funds being withdrawn. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment methods registered in the Member's own name.

isaclive reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on any withdrawal request, particularly for amounts exceeding certain thresholds or where the Account activity warrants additional scrutiny under our AML obligations. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending the outcome of such verification. Members will be notified promptly of any hold and the documentation required to resolve it.

All bets placed on the isaclive platform — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, sports markets (including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and international basketball), or any other wagering product — are subject to the specific game or market rules applicable at the time the bet is placed. These rules are accessible within the relevant game interface or sports betting section of the platform.
A bet is only valid and binding upon receipt of a confirmed acceptance notification from the isaclive system. Bets placed during periods of system latency, technical error, or connectivity disruption are not guaranteed to be accepted. isaclive shall not be liable for any loss incurred as a result of an unconfirmed bet.
isaclive reserves the right to void any bet that has been accepted due to a manifest error in the odds, game rules, or other key parameters (commonly referred to as a "palpable error" or "palp"). In such cases, the relevant stakes will be refunded to the Member's Account. This right is exercised sparingly and in good faith.
For sports betting markets, including Mix Parlay, Asian Handicap, Over/Under, and in-play live betting, the specific settlement rules for each market type are outlined within the sports betting section of the platform. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, isaclive's determination shall be final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in these Terms.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the isaclive platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of balances, as well as potential legal action where applicable:
isaclive employs sophisticated fraud detection and transaction monitoring systems. Suspected instances of any prohibited activity are investigated thoroughly, and confirmed cases will be prosecuted to the fullest extent permitted by law.
isaclive reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Member Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, is occurring, or is likely to occur. Grounds for Account action include, but are not limited to, any of the prohibited activities described in Section 9, failure to complete KYC verification, provision of false information, or conduct detrimental to the interests of isaclive or other Members.
Members who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting our support team via Live Chat or email. Prior to closure, any pending wagering requirements must be resolved and outstanding KYC documentation must be satisfied before remaining real-money balances are returned. Voluntary closure requests initiated for responsible gambling reasons (self-exclusion) will be processed immediately and will take precedence over any other outstanding matters.
An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. A monthly administrative fee of RM10 (or the remaining account balance, whichever is lower) may be applied to dormant accounts. Members will be notified via their registered email address at least thirty (30) days before any dormancy fee is applied.

To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, isaclive, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its services — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or any other pecuniary loss, even where isaclive has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
isaclive does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from technical disruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party system failures, and force majeure events (including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, pandemic-related restrictions, or telecommunications failures) may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or its services. isaclive shall not be liable for any loss incurred as a direct or indirect result of such unavailability.
Members are reminded that gambling involves financial risk and that no guaranteed outcome can be provided. isaclive does not guarantee that any Member will win or break even. The house edge applies to all casino games, and past performance is not indicative of future results.
isaclive reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material in nature — particularly those that affect Member rights, financial obligations, or fundamental platform rules — isaclive will provide reasonable notice of such changes via the registered email address on file and/or through a prominent notice on the platform.
The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease use of the platform and may request Account closure as per Section 10.1.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which isaclive is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution.
